Brand new holiday house-apartment Lucie is
designed to be good for families with children. The apartment it was built in 2008 and are part of a 2 separate detached houses which have each been divided into 3 apartments,
each one having its own small land and view of Lake Lipno. Inside they consist of 4 rooms and a kitchen and are 135 m
2 in total area. Each apartment has its own terrace which is ideal for relaxing and barbequing and there is also parking spaces outside. We are offering half board in a restaurant situated about 100 metres from our apartment.
Both apartment is non-smoking inside!
For Children
Apartment is designed with the safety of children in mind.
There is a children’s corner which is equipped with drawing board, table and chair set, textile play tent and assorted toys.
For kids under 2, we can offer a travelling/carry cot with a new foam mattress and plastic covers.
On the ground floor the living area is 60 m
2 in total, consisting of: kitchen, dining room/living room, TV and DVD, kids play area, WC, utility room with washing machine + storage for bikes etc. On the first floor there are 3 separate bedrooms from 15 m
2 – 18 m
2 and also a bathroom with a bath and shower, a wash basin and a toilet.
Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, m/wave, cutlery for 8, 4 pots of different sizes, 2 good quality pans, set of kitchen knives and 2 sets of kid’s plastic cutlery.
Our holiday house is fully furnished with new fittings including a dinning table with 8 chairs,
child’s high chair and a comfortable sofa. In every bedroom there is a spacious wardrobe. Each apartment will sleep up to 7 adults + 1 if spare pull out bed is used, and there are still 2 extra children’s beds if needed.
In each apartment there are
3 bedrooms: 1 x double bedroom with double bed size 80x200cm,
1x twin room with 2 beds size 90x200cm,
1 x triple room with three separate beds 90x200cm.
All beds have good quality mattresses and non allergenic covers and pillows.
There is also an extra metal folding bed and mattress 79x195 cm to be used in any room.
All pets are welcome!
Each apartment is heated well by electric heaters.
In the toilet, bathroom and kitchen we provide all cleaning products, towels and toilet paper etc.
Outside you will find plastic chairs, tables and an outside grill.
The apartment is situated on a private road which guarantees peace and safety.
The Predni Vyton area is suitable for
recreational holidays all year around and is Ideal for windsurfers, walkers, mushroom foragers, cyclist, skiers etc.
