- Half board in restaurant Na Vyhlidce 100m from our apartment:160 crowns per adult per day, 120 crowns per child per day.
- Dogs 100 CZK per day
- Deposit of 40% of total to be paid on booking (for New Years stay deposit is 75% of total to be paid on booking)
-Total cost of stay to be paid on arrival, deposit will be return at the end of your stay minus cost of electricity used
- Prices do not include electricity
- Prices include apartment cleaning at the end of your stay, washing of linen and towels. All cleaning products which you use are included in price.
- In the main season minimum stay is 1 week, start day is Saturday, and arrival is from 17:00 – 19:00 pm. Apartments must be vacated before 10:00 am on departure date.
- In the low season minimum stay is 2 nights and the minimum price of apartment is 4.500 CZK. Arrival is from 17:00 – 19:00 pm. Apartments must be vacated before 10:00 am on departure date.

Terms and Conditions:
Cancellations from 40 – 30 days before arrival date, cancellation fee is 25% of deposit
Cancellations from 30 - 21 days before arrival, cancellation fee is 50 % of deposit
Cancellations from 21 - 14 days before arrival, cancellation fee is 75% of deposit
Cancellation fee: If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date you loose 100% of the deposit
Bookings over Christmas period 22. 12 – 1. 1. Deposit to be paid within 3 days from booking date and total amount to be paid in advance by 30th of November.
Bookings after 30th November are possible only after special request to us.
