Situated on the right bank of Lake Lipno, within the beautiful Sumava national park is the calm and peaceful area known as Predni Vyton.

Set in one of the most beautiful and popular areas for tourists in the Czech Republic, our apartments are only a short 10 min drive from the busy tourist town of Lipno na Vltavou.

We are offering accommodation in 2 apartments, with half board, in our brand new apartments Lucie and Viola. Each apartment consists of four rooms + kitchen and bathroom and are 135 m² in total area each. The apartments will each accommodate up to a maximum of 8 persons, making it possible for a group of up to 16 to stay at any time!

Winter sports: It is possible to ski in the nearby resorts Kramolin or Austrian Hostpich and Sternstein. From December-March Lake Lipno becomes the biggest natural ice skating rink in the Czech Republic. Being 725m above sea level it is usually frozen solid throughout the winter allowing enjoyable skating on its huge surface. In the area of Predni Vyton there are also many cross country ski tracks to be explored which total 45 km in length.

Lake Lipno is the largest lake within the Czech Republic and is the most popular area for summer holidays and water sports and is also very popular for walking being among the most beautiful areas of countryside in South Bohemia.

Activities include: walking, cycling, golf, fishing, foraging for wild mushrooms and visiting historic houses and castles.
